Hälsa Hemma is a healthcare center that is easy to get in touch with. You’ll reach us in a few minutes via the Hälsa Hemma mobile app, and you will meet the same doctor and nurse each time. When there is a need for a physical appointment or sampling, we’ll visit you in your home or at work. If you have a Swedish mobile BankID, you primarily use that to register and log in to the Hälsa Hemma app. If you do not have a Swedish BankID, use the registration form below.
Although Hälsa Hemma focuses on good accessibility via the app, we are a complete health center (vårdcentral), just like any other health center, which helps you with the health related issues you encounter throughout life.

Hälsa Hemma is offering both digital meetings with doctors and nurses, as well as physical meetings in your home when needed. All consultations start with a meeting in the Hälsa Hemma app. Click here to see where we offer home appointments.
We give priority to our listed patients, but also help patients who belong to other care centers to the extent of time and capacity. You need to be listed with us for us to make home visits at your home or workplace.
Hälsa Hemma is part of the Swedish tax-financed primary care system and the regions regulate the patient fees.

Your journey within the Swedish healthcare system starts with Hälsa Hemma. We can refer you to other medical experts at the hospitals or other specialized clinics if necessary.
Fill out the form below individually for each family member you want to add. If you are adding a child that doesn’t have an email address or phone number, use your own.
1. You sign up using the form below.
2. We will process your application manually.
3. When you are approved, you will receive a code on SMS. The code is valid for 6 hours.
4. Download the Hälsa Hemma-application from App Store or Google Play here: https://halsahemma.se/app
5. Choose your preferred language on the start screen of the app and click “Login”.
6. On the login screen, you click the link “Enter login code from SMS”.
7. On the screen, you will now see a field where you can enter the code you got in the SMS. Write that code in the box and click “Proceed”.
8. When prompted to accept push notifications – click yes. You need push notifications so that you see when the doctor is writing to you.
9. Now you will get to a page where you are asked to create a six-digit pin code. Write a pin code that you remember and click continue.
10. Follow the instructions on the screen.
11. When you have entered the app you can get in contact with a doctor by clicking the pink button “Start case”.
