Hälsa Hemma is a healthcare center that is easy to get in touch with. You’ll reach us in a few minutes via the Hälsa Hemma mobile app, and you will meet the same doctor and nurse each time. When there is a need for a physical appointment or sampling, we’ll visit you in your home or at work. If you have a Swedish mobile BankID, you primarily use that to register and log in to the Hälsa Hemma app. If you do not have a Swedish BankID, use the registration form below.

Although Hälsa Hemma focuses on good accessibility via the app, we are a complete health center (vårdcentral), just like any other health center, which helps you with the health related issues you encounter throughout life.

How do I meet the doctor?

Hälsa Hemma is offering both digital meetings with doctors and nurses, as well as physical meetings in your home when needed. All consultations start with a meeting in the Hälsa Hemma app. Click here to see where we offer home appointments.

Who can get help?

We give priority to our listed patients, but also help patients who belong to other care centers to the extent of time and capacity. You need to be listed with us for us to make home visits at your home or workplace.

How much does it cost?

Hälsa Hemma is part of the Swedish tax-financed primary care system and the regions regulate the patient fees.

Your journey within the Swedish healthcare system starts with Hälsa Hemma. We can refer you to other medical experts at the hospitals or other specialized clinics if necessary.

How it works:

Fill out the form below individually for each family member you want to add. If you are adding a child that doesn’t have an email address or phone number, use your own.

1. You sign up using the form below.

2. We will process your application manually.

3. When you are approved, you will receive a code on SMS. The code is valid for 6 hours.

4. Download the Hälsa Hemma-application from App Store or Google Play here: https://halsahemma.se/app

5. Choose your preferred language on the start screen of the app and click “Login”.

6. On the login screen, you click the link “Enter login code from SMS”.

7. On the screen, you will now see a field where you can enter the code you got in the SMS. Write that code in the box and click “Proceed”.

8. When prompted to accept push notifications – click yes. You need push notifications so that you see when the doctor is writing to you.

9. Now you will get to a page where you are asked to create a six-digit pin code. Write a pin code that you remember and click continue.

10. Follow the instructions on the screen.

11. When you have entered the app you can get in contact with a doctor by clicking the pink button “Start case”.

Step 1:

Select your biological gender (male or female).
You have to state your biological gender. Our doctors need this information to give you proper advice.
The date format is not correct. Your birth date should be written like this: YYYY-MM-DD. Example 1973-04-21.

If you have a Swedish national ID (personnummer) or "samordningsnummer", enter that number here. If you add a child that lacks such number – leave this field blank.

Enter your email address. If you are creating an account for a minor child that doesn’t have an email address – use your email address. This field is mandatory.
The phone number is in the wrong format. Start with +44 for Great Britain or +46 for Sweden. Remove any leading zeros. Example: your Swedish phone number is 0708 549091, then you should type +46708549091.
Enter your mobile phone number. Make sure the number is correct – you will get an SMS to this number with a code, which makes it possible to get into the Hälsa Hemma app when your account is created. If you are creating an account for a child – use your own number. This field is mandatory.

Your Swedish address

If you are borrowing the apartment from another person – add that person's name. This field is optional.

Enter your Swedish street address. Street addresses in Sweden is written with street name and house number, for example Allemansvägen 56. This field is mandatory.

Enter the Swedish postal code of the address where you reside when living in Sweden. This field is mandatory.
If you are creating an account for your child, write down the names for both parents – including Samordningsnummer (if they have such number) so that we can connect the child to you (the parents) in the Hälsa Hemma app. This field is optional.
You need to upload a photo of your passport or ID.
Take a photo of your passport or another identification card that identifies you. Make sure that the text on the photo is sharp, visible and easy to read. Photo of your ID is mandatory.

We will manually process your application and review the information you have provided. When your application is granted, you will get an SMS with a temporary code. You then have 12 hours to enter that code into the Hälsa Hemma application to finalize your registration. You download the application from Google Play or App Store below.

When you have downloaded the application, click on "Login" and the link "Login using SMS code". Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you want to add a child to Hälsa Hemma, reload the page and fill out the information about your child. Under the headline "Family composition" you write your name and (Samordningsnummer if you have such number), and another parent if you want to do that. Then we will connect the child to you in the app. Click here to reload the page.
